Our 24-hour residential support programs offer adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities a welcoming home environment that remains closely connected to their families, friends, and local community. Typically, four to five people share a residence, with staff-to-resident ratios tailored to each individual’s unique needs.

At Nexus Inc., our skilled and compassionate staff collaborate with families, guardians, and community providers to help each person reach their personal goals and strengthen the skills needed for greater independence. Team members support residents with daily living activities such as meal preparation, household responsibilities, attending medical appointments, and managing finances. We also encourage meaningful social connections, friendships, and active participation in the community while honoring each individual’s culture, abilities, and personal achievements.

Nexus Inc. currently manages 8 residential programs in the areas of Woburn, Burlington and Arlington. Through these programs, individuals successfully transition from family homes or other residential arrangements to supportive, community-based living environments.
