Individual Support (IS)
The Individual Support (IS) program is designed to provide essential assistance to individuals with disabilities who are living independently in their own homes. This program offers a range of personalized services and supports that help individuals carry out day-to-day tasks and participate in home and community life. Although the services are not delivered around the clock, they are provided on a consistent basis to ensure that each person receives the help they need to maintain a safe, stable, and fulfilling life in the community. The goal is to empower individuals to live as independently as possible, in settings that promote personal freedom and minimize restrictions.
Each person enrolled in the IS program is supported in creating and sustaining a living environment that reflects their individual preferences, goals, and lifestyle. Whether it involves setting up a new household, managing responsibilities, or engaging in community activities, participants are guided by staff who respect their choices and work collaboratively to meet their unique needs.
This program is deeply rooted in the values and mission of our organization. We believe that every individual, regardless of ability, deserves the opportunity to lead a meaningful and self-directed life. As such, our services are not just about meeting basic needs—they are also about honoring the dignity, aspirations, and personal growth of each person we support. Our approach is built on the belief that with the right support, people of all abilities can explore new opportunities, develop their potential, and lead lives full of purpose and satisfaction.
